The director tells you one thing, and they do another. Everyone has something to say, and sends mixed messages. My loved one waited weeks to have a medical condition addressed and was often told "I'll be right back" and no one would return. The food in this facility is not fit to eat. My loved one lost so much weight during their month long stay. I drank some of the juice and it was so watered down I couldn't drink it. The meals are not balanced and there is no regard for the diet of diabetics. The food they serve looks like they are slopping a hog. One evening when my loved one couldn't eat what was brought to them for dinner they asked for a grilled cheese and was told they were out of cheese, they then asked for a peanut butter and jelly and was then told they were out of bread. Finally they got peanut butter and jelly on a hamburger bun! I went into the kitchen and was astonished at what I saw. This facility is all about keeping their expenses low, so they can make more profit. They are not about patient care. This was a horrible experience. I can't post if I don't choose a star...I chose one but would rather have chosen a negative rating. Don't put your loved one here if you are not able to check on them often, and they are not able to communicate with you about their care.
